For the consumers:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within ten (10) days of the shipping date (the date indicated in the shipping confirmation Email) will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred if the item(s) originally purchased is/are returned to Urns In Style within twenty (20) day of the order shipment date. We do not accept a return/exchange for an order after the first twenty (20) days of the order shipment date.

Please note the following exclusions on returns, refunds and exchange:
- Any personalized/custom item
- Any item that was on-sale, discounted
- Any urn that has been used/filled
- Items damaged by the customer
- Expedited shipping charges (Not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf)
- A 10% restock fee applies for items returned after 20 days from shipping date (the date indicated in the shipping confirmation Email.)
For the trade:
We currently do not accept returns concerning wholesale orders.
